I will never forget my experience in the Bolivian Amazon. The diversity of life, the sounds of the jungle and the opportunity to share with indigenous communities was something that changed me forever. Furthermore, Bolivian gastronomy is something from another world, every day was a new culinary adventure.

Bolivia is a country of contrasts and pure beauty. I was breathless when I saw the majesty of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, and felt the spirituality of the Isla del Sol. But what really marked me was Che's Route in Vallegrande, an emotional journey that connected me with a crucial part of Latin American history. Every moment in Bolivia was an unforgettable experience.
