El Ajayu del Lago Sagrado Desde el momento que llegué, fui recibida con los brazos abiertos, con tanta calidez de la comunidad; donde cada habitante se esforzó por que mi estadia fuera inolvidable, compatiendo sus historias de vida y mostrandome sus tesoros locales. Pero realmente me conquisto su cocina, los sabores de su gastronomia local fueron simplemente espectaculares, he probado cosas que nunca habia comido. Cada plato reflejaba la tradicion y amor de la comunidad por su cocina. Explorando sus alrrededores, me maraville con el santuario de aves, donde pude observar varios tipos de aves en su hábitat natural, La Isla Campana, me dejo si aliento con sus paisajes impresionantes y quedarme y poder meditar un momento realmente fue lo mas gratificante para mi. I will never forget my experience in the Bolivian Amazon. The diversity of life, the sounds of the jungle and the opportunity to share with indigenous communities was something that changed me forever. Furthermore, Bolivian gastronomy is something from another world, every day was a new culinary adventure.

Bolivia is a country of contrasts and pure beauty. I was breathless when I saw the majesty of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, and felt the spirituality of the Isla del Sol. But what really marked me was Che's Route in Vallegrande, an emotional journey that connected me with a crucial part of Latin American history. Every moment in Bolivia was an unforgettable experience.
